The Padrish Development Model (PDM) is a government program that is intended to cross Ugandans from a subsistence model of farming into the money econmy. It had its inception on February 2022, in Kibuku District. It is the last mile strategy for service delivery by Government of Uganda for improving incomes and welfare of all Ugandans at the household level.
